The French Prairie project speaks to the heart of what many Green Hills homeowners want: beauty that supports a vibrant, functional lifestyle. This full-floor redesign focused on improving high-traffic family zones like the kitchen, mudroom, half bath, and laundry — spaces that often bear the brunt of daily life but deserve as much attention as the living room.
We reallocated underutilized square footage to create a more intuitive layout, then introduced a fresh transitional design palette. Slim shaker oak cabinets met gray-blue lacquer finishes, adding both softness and structure. On the upper level, a once-cumbersome ensuite was replaced with a layout that gracefully blended modern comfort and elegant simplicity.
