Though based in a different region, the City Proper project reflects the exact kind of thoughtful transformation we bring to Kelowna homes — a blend of grace, precision, and high-function design.
This stately residence in a heritage-rich neighborhood was transformed through a layered approach that combined warm neutrals, custom furnishings, and curated finishes to balance elegance with everyday livability. We embraced the homeowners’ distinct aesthetics by using bold yet timeless tones like Farrow & Ball’s Green Smoke in the dining room, and a soft mix of Shaded and Wimborne Whites throughout the main living areas.
The kitchen renovation introduced tactile contrast and modern balance — with Dekton countertops, newly tiled floors, and clean-lined pendant lighting — while heritage touches like Morris & Co wallpaper in the powder room grounded the home in classic artistry. The updated fireplace, framed by a purpose-built wall, became a new focal point of grace and symmetry.
